Common issues with importing transactions from Poloniex

The Poloniex API may fail to sync transaction history properly by sending the wrong values. At times, the connectivity may fail. If you experience this challenge, you can overcome it by removing the existing API integration and creating a new API on Poloniex.

If the missing data isn’t much, you can make manual entries, otherwise, you can also try using the CSV import option.

Typically, Poloniex doesn’t support both API and CSV integration at the same time. if you encountered problems with API connection, delete the integration and use CSV only. Once done importing via CSV, you can complete API integration to allow sync of future transactions.
