How does Bitstamp tax reporting work?

Crypto investors after a Bitstamp tax report will not get it from the platform since Bitstamp doesn’t support tax reporting. Common issues with importing transactions from Bitstamp

The Bitstamp API indicates timestamp in milliseconds. This may cause problems when integrating with the API. If faced with this issue, you can contact their support team for assistance. Alternatively, you can opt for the CSV import option.

When importing the CSV file, some users also may encounter an error with a message, “no headers found.” If that’s the case, open the file to verify that the headers are there. You can copy the headers from the Bitstamp web UI that displays the transactions and insert them in the top row of the CSV. Another way is to request the support team to share a complete CSV file with headers and all transactions.
