How does Bitpanda Pro tax reporting work?
Bitpanda Pro offers advanced features for professional traders and institutions. But the platform doesn’t offer much to generate tax reports. Accointing can help you with that. Use our tax calculator and portfolio tracker to evaluate your transaction history, calculate the taxes due, and create an accurate tax report in the format required by your country.
You can achieve that by connecting your Accointing account to Bitpanda Pro and then importing your transactions. Here are various ways to do that:
- API – allow Accointing to automatically connect and sync with Bitpanda Pro.
- CSV - Export your Bitpanda Pro transaction history and import it into Accointing.
- Accointing template – Download and fill our template then upload it into Accointing.

Common issues with importing transactions from Bitpanda Pro
When trying to integrate using Bitpanda Pro API, the connection may be rejected even if your API key and secret keys are correct. If you encounter this challenge, check to ensure the two-factor authentication on Bitpanda Pro is enabled.
With the CSV import option, it may not sync the indexes as required. This issue is due to the ever-changing CSV column format of Bitpanda Pro. If you encounter this challenge, you can edit the column headers of the CSV file to match the previous format before the changes. You can contact the Bitpanda Pro support team for assistance.
