How does SouthXchange tax reporting work?

SouthXchange is a robust crypto platform with numerous features for investors. But it falls short when it comes to tax reporting because it doesn’t offer a tax report directly. Accointing’s SouthXchange tax calculator and portfolio tracker let you analyze transaction history, calculate taxes, and create tax reports according to your country’s format.

You only need to integrate your SouthXchange account to Accointing and import trade history. The following are ways to do that:

  • API – Allow Accointing to automatically connect to and sync your SouthXchange transactions.
  • CSV – Export your SouthXchange transaction history and import it into Accointing
  • Accointing template - download and fill in our simple template and upload it to Accointing.

Common issues with importing transactions from SouthXchange

SouthXchange doesn’t offer a way to download transaction history CSV files. Instead, you can navigate to your Orders page, highlight the data, and copy it from the web UI to a CSV file. This can be tedious because the data format may be compromised when copying and this may cause problems during the upload process.

You can avoid this hassle by sending an email to the support team requesting a CSV file of your complete transaction history.
