How to do your Bilaxy taxes & integrate Bilaxy with Accointing

Connect Bilaxy with Accointing via API or CSV - use our free portfolio tracker, or calculate your Bilaxy taxes with Accointing for mobile and desktop
Bilaxy logo

Bilaxy is a centralized full-service platform for cryptocurrency users, from beginners to enthusiasts and experts. It’s built a name for itself as an “AltCoin Centre”, with Ethereum as the main trading digital currency on the platform. It offers its own BIA token which can be traded with other assets.

How does Bilaxy tax reporting work?

Do you need a Bilaxy tax report? While Bilaxy doesn't provide this type of report, you can use Accointing's Bilaxy calculator and Bilaxy portfolio tracker. With these tools, you can examine your transaction history, calculate your Bilaxy taxes and produce a tax report tailored to your country's format requirement.

To get started, you will need to connect your Bilaxy account to Accointing and import your transaction and trade history. Accointing offers several ways to do this:

  • API – Enable an automatic connection to Bilaxy and sync data with Accointing.
  • CSV – Export your Bilaxy transaction data and import it into Accointing.
  • Accointing template – Fill out our easy-to-use template and upload it into Accointing.

Integrate with Accointing via the Bilaxy CSV/XLSX file

If you don’t want to link your Bilaxy account with Accointing using the API, you can also do so by importing a CSV file containing your history of trades, withdrawals, and deposits. Here is a simple guide to go about it.

Downloading CSV files from Bilaxy

Bilaxy currently doesn’t provide a UI for users to directly download a CSV file of their transaction history. Instead, you can request the support team to send you the CSV file with your data.

  1. Login to your Bilaxy account.
  2. In the top right corner, select Submit ticket.
  3. Select Service Description from the dropdown.
  4. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  5. Enter the subject of your message and description. Remember to state that you want all your transaction and trade data.
  6. Under the attachment, upload your ID card image
  7. Click submit. It may take up to five days to get the CSV file sent to you.

Importing CSV files into Accointing

  6. Browse the CSV file and select it for import.
  7. Select “All” from the ‘Import from’ dropdown. You can also specify the date range to match your CSV file’s start and end dates.
  8. Click the Save button to start the import.

How to review and track your Bilaxy transactions in Accointing

  1. Once completed importing your Bilaxy transaction history data, go to your Accointing dashboard to view the summary of your portfolio.
  2. Pick the appropriate dates to start analyzing your Bilaxy performance history, losses, and profits.
  3. Click the various crypto assets to view and analyze the buy and sell dates. You can also pick multiple assets at a time to compare their performance for the selected dates.
  4. You’re now ready to start tracking your Bilaxy investments portfolio, distribution and spread. You’ll also learn where each asset is stored, in exchanges or wallets.

Common issues with importing transactions from Bilaxy

Bilaxy doesn’t support CSV data export from their web UI. Users, therefore, have to submit a request to the support team to have the data sent to them. The process takes a little longer since the Bilaxy support takes up to five days to respond. Users who don’t have a bulk of data may opt to copy their deposits and withdrawals directly from the website and paste it into a CSV file.
