Common issues with importing transactions from Coinsbit

Coinsbit’s API may not sync all your transactions as required. If you notice some missing transactions, delete the synced data, remove the API integration and try the CSV import option. When downloading a CSV file containing the transactions, the process may delay to kick off. If you experience this challenge, you can as well highlight the transactions, and copy and paste them into a CSV file.

If still encountering challenges retrieving the CSV file, send an email to the Coinsbit support team requesting your complete transactions in a CSV.
